Zusammen erkunden wir\, wie wir sensible historische Themen vermitteln\, unterschiedlichen Erfahrungen und Perspek tiven begegnen und Raum für Reflexion schaffen können\, ohne die emotion alen Auswirkungen dieser Gespräche aus dem Blick zu verlieren.\nDurch Dis kussionen\, praktische Übungen und gemeinsame Reflexion beschäftigen sic h die Teilnehmenden mit:\n\n Ansätzen zur Moderation herausfordernder Ges präche\, die ein stärkeres Bewusstsein für Trauma\, Macht und Diskrimin ierung schaffen.\n Möglichkeiten\, sensible historische Themen achtsam zu vermitteln und dabei die Bedürfnisse und Erfahrungen unterschiedlicher Z ielgruppen zu berücksichtigen.\n Methoden zur Förderung von Beteiligung und Reflexion\, die Menschen bei der Auseinandersetzung mit Dekolonisierun g und antirassistischer Arbeit unterstützen.\n Anregungen für die eigene Organisationspraxis sowie dem Austausch und der Vernetzung mit anderen\, die sich vor Ort mit ähnlichen Fragen beschäftigen.\n\nDer Workshop rich tet sich an Mitarbeitende\, Ehrenamtliche\, Organisatorinnen\, Pädagoginn en\, Kulturschaffende und Menschen\, die Gruppen und Gemeinschaften beglei ten – aus Salzburg und anderen Teilen Österreichs.
